The PSE2024 – International Matchmaking is an important part of the International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering.
The Enterprise Europe Network is organising an international brokerage event for companies, research institutions and all stakeholders who want to explore joint projects, technical cooperation or new business contacts with partners from Europe and worldwide.
One event – three options to participate: on-site on 3-4 Sept 2024 (participants of the conference and/or exibitors in Erfurt), on-site on 4 Sept (visitors of Industrial Exhibition) and remote participation on 5-20 Sept (participants as well as non-participant of the conference/exhibition – only virtual) – whatever fits your needs.

AiF Arbeitsgemeinschaft industrieller Forschungsvereinigungen „Otto von Guericke“ e.V., DLR Projektträger, Förderberatung „Forschung und Innovation“ will be happy to advise you personally at the stands in Foyer Hall 1 on questions relating to current and future projects.

The Vacuum Session is organized by the Deutschen Vakuum-Gesellschaft e.V.. During this session the Rudolf-Jaeckel-Award 2024 will be presented.
This year the award will be given to Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Jürgen Christen from Otto von Guericke Universität Magdeburg. He will be honoured in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the fields of science and technology supervised by the DVG, in particular for his pioneering work on the development and establishment of cathodoluminescence.

The Partner Country of PSE2024 is Austria. During PSE2024 the Country and their community of Plasma Surface Engineering will be presented specially.
The Plenary Lecture of Prof. Christian Mitterer, Montanuniversity Leoben, Austria, will be presented.

During the Award Session the European Joint Committee on Plasma and Ion Surface Engineering EJC/PISE honours outstanding scientists with the PSE Awards. Furthermore the PSE2026 Conference and the Chairmen of PSE2026 will be announced.
During this session the Awards Lecture of the PSE Leading Scientist Award 2024 will take place.
