Shipping of materials
The shipping company partner of Messe Erfurt is Schenker Deutschland AG. You can find an ordering form for shipments here (link will follow soon).

Booth construction
- Construction of your booth: Monday, August 31, 2026 | 13:00 – 18:00
- Here you can find a plan for your arrival, unloading and parking.
- The parking tickets for exhibitors will follow at a later date.
- You can unload your material directly behind hall 1.
- Then please park at parking area south. Put the printed parking ticket well visible in your car.
- Please register at the Conference office first, before you start to unload materials.
- You are allowed to enter the Foyer Hall 1 with your registration badge only.
Dismanteling of your booth
- Dismantling of your booth: Wednesday, September 02, 2026 | 16:00 – 18:00.
- Please do not start earlier!
